Service Description
While weddings are not a service I typically offer, I understand that some clients may specifically request my style and approach. Due to the level of coordination, planning, and production required, weddings are only accepted on a limited basis and require full availability from my entire production team. This package includes full wedding day coverage with high-end photography and cinematic video. I will personally capture both photo and video throughout the day, supported by a dedicated photographer and a professional video editor to ensure the highest quality final product. Multi-angle coverage, professional audio, drone footage (where permitted), and premium post-production are all included. Price: $10,000.00 Wedding bookings are subject to team availability and are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation Bookings are confirmed only after payment of any required deposit and agreement on project details. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Payments A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of service unless otherwise agreed upon. Cancellations & Rescheduling Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. Cancellations or significant schedule changes may be subject to additional fees. Late Arrivals Client delays may reduce available shooting time. Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time unless additional time is approved. Weather & Drone Services Outdoor shoots and drone operations are subject to weather, location restrictions, and FAA regulations. Drone coverage cannot be guaranteed if conditions are unsafe or prohibited. Delivery Times Delivery timelines vary by project type and current workload. Estimated delivery dates will be discussed during booking. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee. Last-Minute Bookings Bookings requested within 72 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a priority scheduling fee and are dependent on availability. Usage Rights Clients may use delivered content for personal or business purposes related to the project. The photographer/videographer retains the right to use content for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Liability In the event of equipment failure, illness, weather conditions, venue restrictions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, liability is limited to the amount paid by the client. Acceptance By booking any service, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and policies.
